Reliefweb features an article regarding a trip made by the under-secretary general for humanitarian affairs and emergency relief coordinator, John Holmes to northern Uganda, where he observed that people living in the IDP camps were "poised between hope and fear."
Very much in line with the mood of the people I met with as well. Poised between hope and fear.
